Hemo Technical Training


This 2 day course has been developed to provide Merge Healthcare customers with the skills and knowledge to effectively gain a basic understanding of the system, data flow, and system administrator operation as well as service procedures. The participant will have hands-on experience servicing the system. Labs include emergency recovery and replacement of major system components. Third party component repair (Example Dell or Compaq) is not included in this training program.

Audience
Participants should be experienced bio-medical, IS staff and those conducting
first call support in conjunction with a shared service contract.

Fees
$2,000 per attendee — Refer to Merge Healthcare contract for information on number of attendees included in your Implementation Package. Merge Training Cancellation Policy applies.
